UNKAHA Return & Refund Policy
At UNKAHA, we take pride in the quality of every piece we create. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
How to Initiate a Return Email us at founder@unkahastudio.in with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or discounted items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
Exchanges We offer exchanges for size or colour where stock is available. Please email us to check availability before initiating an exchange.
