Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Within India We deliver across India via trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to track your shipment.

Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt redelivery. UNKAHA is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
