Return & Refund Policy

At UNKAHA, we take pride in the quality of every piece we create. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
• With all original tags attached
• In its original packaging

Items that are damaged, worn, washed, or altered will not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale or discounted items
• Items marked as final sale
• Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, email us at support@unkaha.in with your order number and reason for return within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Please do not send items back without prior approval — unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@unkahastudio.in with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
