Thank you for shopping with UNKAHA. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (India)

We ship across India via trusted courier partners. Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days depending on your location. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Prepaid Orders Only

UNKAHA currently accepts prepaid orders only. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your order through our courier partner's website.

Delays

While we make every effort to deliver on time, UNKAHA is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or customs processing. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@unkahastudio.in.
